Jessica Wicken Show: Treasures Great and Small – Landscapes and Still Life's On July 9, 2010 Jessica Wicken is having a show of her work on Saturday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Jessica has a wonderful selection of paintings from miniatures to large colorful paintings. In a world of more and more restrictions, my theme song would be "Don't Fence Me In." Art is one area where you set your own limits and explore whatever path calls you. With so many vistas being destroyed by urban sprawl, I especially want to capture the beauty of open and natural spaces that still remain, places that lead to contemplation of the mystery of it all and our place in it.
