Public Auction of Private Art Collection Saturday January 14, 2012 – Preview 9:00 am to 11:00 am Auction: 11:00 am. – Artwork will be on display at the gallery from November 4, 2011 until the start of the auction at 1455 Curtis Street in Downtown Denver. Auction items will be displayed on the FineArtLiquidation.com web site. Great Western Art Gallery is pleased to show a Private Art Collection featuring a Silver Sculpture of Virgin Mary Pieta, "Madonna Della Pieta" by Michelangelo. Other artists in the collection: Romero Britto, Juan Carrillo, Marc Chagall, Albrecht Durer, Anatole Krasnyansky, Toulouse-Lautrec, Henri Matisse, Joan Miro, Alexander Nechita, Picasso, Rembrandt and Renoir. The collection will be featured at the gallery through January 14, 2012.
